No Refund Policy
At Redlabelclub, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on any items unless they meet the criteria outlined below.
Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit only in the following circumstances:
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the damage.Wrong Size or Item Received
If you receive a size or item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Conditions for Exception Processing
All claims must be submitted via email to info@redlabelclub.com with your order number and supporting photos if applicable.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds or exchanges will only be issued after we have reviewed and approved the claim.
Final Sale Items
All clearance, sale, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
